Week 1

Ok so raw and steamed vegetables only is a lot harder than you think!!!

I have managed 5 days of a little clean out...don't know if it was cheating but I did add in a very little amount of poached chicken and boiled eggs to the mix to help me get through.
I basically lived on raw vegetables during the day, lots of salads and then steamed veges at night. I do feel heaps better and not as tired in the mornings.

I started the challenge on monday at 74kgs and today after eating really well and continuing light exercise I jump on the scales this morning to see 72.1kgs so super excited that we are heading in the right direction!

So today I started the 28 Day Diet Exercise Plan designed by Rhian at Lose Baby Weight. Fantastically Lose Baby Weight have these shakes to help you on your weight loss journey and also cater for dairy, soy and gluten allergies, which is perfect for me. I had my first allergy free milkshake this morning with rice milk, ice and a banana and it was so good.

  1. I know it's a bit out there, but I recently started Zumba to get rid of my mummy-tummy. It's a big work out, but the dancing is fun. Goodluck with the healthy eating!
