Meal planning

Life is complicated enough and one element I always do at the last minute is dinner! I simply spend way too much money at the supermarket on food items I think I will use and then every night put something together off the top of my head... seriously needs to change. The wastage alone is crazy!

So next week I have a plan and I will be shopping accordingly. Here is the gluten free food plan:

Sunday: Chicken Risotto - great served with some fresh english spinach leaves

Monday: Steak Salad - cheaper version change the steak to chopped up gluten free sausages

Tuesday: Chicken Parmigiana

Wednesday: Pasta - can add some pancetta on top if you like

Thursday: Fish and Roast Pumpkin Salad

Friday: Homemade Pizza

Saturday: Chicken Skewers with rice - change the rice to salad for a lighter dinner


Baking:

Blueberry muffins
Nut and Fruit Biscuits
